1. Orders & Payments

• Saare orders availability ke basis par accept kiye jaate hain.
• Hum filhaal sirf Cash on Delivery (COD) payment accept karte hain.
• Order place karne ke baad aapko confirmation SMS ya Email milta hai.

2. Pricing & Availability

• Prices kabhi bhi update kiye ja sakte hain bina prior notice ke.
• Agar koi product galti se wrong price par list ho jaye, to hum order cancel karne ka right rakhte hain.

3. Delivery

• Pakistan ke andar delivery ka average time 3–5 working days hota hai.
• Remote areas me delivery ka time zyada ho sakta hai.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Product return karte waqt wo unused aur apni original packaging me hona chahiye.

5. User Responsibilities

• Aap apne account details (jaise email aur phone number) sahi dene ke zimmedar hain.
• Website ka misuse (fake orders, spam reviews, fraud) strictly prohibited hai.

6. Intellectual Property

• Website ka content, images, aur logos MOAZPROREVIEW ki property hain.
• Bina permission ke unka copy, reuse, ya distribution allowed nahi hai.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Hum kisi bhi indirect ya incidental loss ke liye zimmedar nahi hain jo website use karne ya order process ke dauran ho.
